About the event
Planning a long adventure or wanting to gain confidence to navigate in low visibility? Even in the height of summer, foggy conditions can suddenly make the most familiar of places feel like unknown territory. This course will give you the essential skills you need to stay on track, whatever the conditions throw at you.
The course will be delivered by qualified mountain leaders and fell runners Bethan Logan and Brett Mahoney. With over twenty years combined experience delivering navigation training to walkers, runners and Duke of Edinburgh students, and completing their own 24hr+ ultras and multi-day events, the team go through some essential night navigation skills for you to go away and practice, whether this leads to a long distance event, challenge or an evening adventure in the hills with friends.
